Who else is missing festivals? We’re loving this playlist (LINK IN COMMENTS) of us and a bunch of bands we know and love from festivals bringing you sounds to get you bouncing around your garden/living room/public park (please follow social distancing guidelines!), check it out and tag any mates that would be into it. And be sure to check out the other bands on the playlist, we highly recommend them all!

Here's a selection of photos to show how being in a folk/punk band ages you horribly... Still some cracking festival memories in there!

I love Brad's PRS in the first photo. Can't wait to see you guys live again

Was listening to this playlist last night, it’s great 👍

Aw guys, missing the festival gang, but this helps!

Missing it horribly, but keep reminding myself that lots of people have lost far more than just the chance to see a few gigs. Keep your chins up, and we'll see you in a hall or field as soon as we can ❤️

Would actually sell my soul to be in a festival with that lineup right now

Used the play list for my radio show this morning nice toe tapping start to the show xx

Omg some really early pics there lol

The UK music industry has been hugely hit by Covid-19 and today we are pushing for the UK Government to provide the much needed support.

Unlike many other industries live music is not something that would be sustainable social distancing is in place. So many venues and jobs are at risk.

Music festivals alone support 85,000 jobs, but with the entire summer cancelled, many are facing collapse.

Up to 50% of the live music industry’s workforce is facing unemployment leading to a catastrophic loss of skills.

The live music industry added £4.5bn to the economy in 2019 and supported 210,000 jobs across the country.

90% of grassroots music venues are under threat of closure. They need a 50 million cash injection to ensure they do not go out of business.

Here's some photos from our last gig at The Old Fire Station! We miss you all! Please get involved in this important campaign!

Last gig... Frank Carter and The Rattlesnakes #letthemusicplay

Last saw you guys at Beautiful Days. Main stage next time 👌🏼 #letthemusicplay

I don't want to be a dick but seeing some of the names that have put their names to the petition I'd have to question their commitment to the business that made them multimillionaires! If they were really that emotionally invested they'd go to their own bank accounts and contribute to the survival of the industry that made them rich instead of expecting the British taxpayer that already has an insurmountable debt for 50 years to pay off for our 4 months holiday to pay.

That was the last gig I attended as a punter, what a great night!!

Miss seeing you lot live! Big love 💚

And what a night it was,

The live music industry in the UK requires assistance from the Government and it needs to be heard. #LetTheMusicPlay
We don’t want the new normal to be the closure of venues and collapse of festivals
